FREE SHIPPING OVER $100Canada Only! Merchandise orders totaling $100 or more ship for free using Canada Post . Once we've shipped you the product you will receive a copy of the tracking # for your records. Note: Orders over $100 that contain over-sized or heavy items (paper maché, wiggle wood, ornaments, bowls, canvas, large quantities of paint, etc.) may incur shipping charges. If this is the case we will contact you via e-mail for your approval. We must have your approval before we can ship your order. |

FREE SHIPPING ITEMS |

Items that qualify for free shipping are shipped standard ground within the contiguous United States through Canada Post . Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Customers are contacted by e-mail if an additional shipping charge is required. |

EXCEPTIONS |

Additional shipping charges will be added for expedited shipping, international and U.S. Territory orders, and shipments elsewhere in the world. Return shipments due to an incorrect address will not be able to be re-shipped at free shipping. Customers must pay a shipping fee (total amount charged by Canada Post) for a reshipment. If you decline a reshipment, your order may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipments to customers outside of Canada do not qualify for free shipping and standard shipping rates will be applied . You will be contacted by phone or e-mail within 24-48 hours with your shipping rates.

Hazardous Items |

Orders with hazardous or flammable items such as aerosol spray cans, flammable paint thinners or krylon leafing pens will only be shipped CanadaPost.

Returns
Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
No returns allowed after 15 days of receiving your order (some exclusions may apply).

Buyer to pay freight on all items returned for causes other than damage or errors on our part.
